Our low cost international and local UK shipping uses UK Royal Mail.
However, recently UK Royal Mail had multiple operational issues worsening mail delivery.

We have decided to temporarily stop using Royal Mail services from the 12th of January 2023.

We apologise for any delays of orders that are still in the Royal Mail delivery system.

FedEx and UPS - operating normally

Orders shipped with courier services via FedEx and UPS are not affected and operate as usual.
