The majority of orders are dispatched within 1 working day, however large orders or items which require manual assembly may take slightly longer. We will inform you if this is applicable. All items in the web shop are in stock unless stated otherwise.
Orders sent to locations within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail (First Class) or next day courier (UPS). You can select your shipping option at the checkout page along with any delivery instructions you may have. You can also click the 'Estimate Shipping' button in the shopping cart to view the shipping cost of your order as well as the shipping options available to you. Orders over £20 are sent free of charge within the UK. Items with a combined value of over £100 will be sent via a recorded service.

You are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods! There is no way for Leo Bodnar Electronics (the shipper) to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your countries FedEx and/or postal system may charge you! Invoices may be required by your local customs office or for FedEx. If you do not pay the required brokerage fees, VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc - we cannot issue any refunds.
Our shipping system is completely automated, and we cannot falsify customs forms. The customs forms will accurately describe the contents and cost of your order. We cannot mark orders as "gift", "sample", "educational" or lower the values. Leo Bodnar Electronics makes best efforts to follow all rules, regulations and laws for export compliance.
If orders are not received within the times stated above, please use the tracking number where provided to check the progress of your order. It has also been known for local post offices to hold goods without notifying either the customer or ourselves. In this case, it may be necessary to contact the post service of courier depot for more information.
Leo Bodnar website prices currently include VAT at the UK rate of 20% where applicable. Customers in other EU countries may have to pay VAT depending on location. Companies registered for VAT in the EU must e-mail us to place an order stating their VAT number if they do not wish to be charged VAT. Our website currently does not have the option for EU countries to pay without VAT, and VAT cannot be refunded once the sale has been processed. Customers outside of the European Union do not pay any VAT.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You should inform us within 14 days that you wish to return an item from the date you received it. You do not even have to give a reason although it would be helpful if you could to help us improve our services. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been informed. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you discover a fault with your item please contact us and we will be happy to provide a replacement or repair the item free of charge.
Receiving an Incorrect Item
We do check each order prior to dispatch however mistakes do happen. If you receive an item you didn't order we will ship the correct item to you immediately and we will come to an arrangement on how to retreive the incorrect item.
Unless the item is faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We also recommend the item is well packaged as any damage caused by the courier or postal service you have used is not our responsibility.
